Overview
Clearfield are seeking an experienced No1 site manager for a residential new build scheme in near Mile End, East London.
We are partnering with a medium size main contractor carrying out a design & build contract of 4no passivhaus units.
Suitable candidates will require a strong background in residential design & build contracts up to circa £15m/50units.
Requirements for the role include:
- Valid SMSTS
- Valid First aid ticket
- Valid CSCS card
- 5yrs residential design & build experience
