Electrical Tester - Mobile - £36K - £40K - Haverhill

Permanent, Full-time - 8am - 5pm

Covering 50-mile radius of Haverhill.

Clearfield are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Tester to work with a nationally accredited electrical contractor with extensive experience in residential, commercial, and industrial installations on their sites in and around Haverhill.

Duties

The day-to-day main duties and responsibilities will include:
• Conduct electrical testing and inspections in accordance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Identify and rectify any faults or deficiencies found during testing.
• Perform periodic inspections and testing on electrical installations, appliances, and equipment.
• Prepare detailed reports on test results, including any necessary recommendations for remedial actions.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and colleagues to provide expert advice and guidance on electrical safety matters.
• Maintain accurate records of all testing activities and ensure compliance with documentation procedures.

Experience & Qualifications:

• ECS Gold Card
• 18th Edition
• Core Competency 2360 or similar / NVQ
• 2391 Inspection and Testing (initial verification and testing)
• Online Certification of properties required.
• Testing/Remedials and some installation in MOD housing
• Security Checks / Vetting will be carried out prior to working.
