About the Role:

Clearfield Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced ADT (Articulated Dump Truck) Operator on behalf of our client, a prominent organization in Weston-super-Mare. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to transport materials around construction sites safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Operating an ADT to transport materials, such as soil, gravel, and debris, around the construction site.
Ensuring the safe loading and unloading of materials onto the ADT.
Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations while operating the equipment.
Performing routine maintenance checks on the ADT to ensure it is in proper working condition.
Communicating effectively with site supervisors and other team members to coordinate tasks and optimize productivity.
Following designated routes and traffic patterns to minimize disruptions and maintain site safety.
Reporting any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues promptly.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience operating an ADT.
Valid relevant certification/licenses.
Proficient understanding of ADT operation and safety protocols.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Physical stamina to perform duties in a construction site environment.
Flexibility to work varying shifts as required.
