About the Role:

Clearfield Recruitment is seeking two experienced Traffic Marshalls on behalf of our client, a reputable organization in Weston-super-Mare. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient flow of traffic in and around construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Directing vehicles safely around the construction site.
Implementing traffic management plans and adhering to safety regulations.
Guiding vehicles and pedestrians to designated areas.
Communicating effectively with site personnel, including crane operators and delivery drivers.
Assisting with the coordination of vehicle movements to optimize site productivity.
Monitoring and enforcing site safety rules and regulations.
Identifying and reporting hazards or safety concerns promptly.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Traffic Marshall.
Valid CPCS/NPORS ticket.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong awareness of health and safety regulations.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing job requirements.
Reliable and punctual.
