Contracts Manager

A leading Fit Out company has acquired a number of Retail Frameworks and require a Contracts Manager to strengthen their management teams. The contractor is highly professional, dynamic, driven and looking to recruit successful and similar minded people.

They require an ambitious, successful Contracts Manager to become a key figure in their delivery team, you will be highly personable, client facing, organised and be able to manage a team of Project and Site Managers. Delivery is key, the company have a reputation of exceeding expectations hence their success in winning work over their competitors.

You will already have a proven track record in a similar position or equally have considerable ambition and ability to progress to the next level and further your career. Retail experience is highly desirable but for exceptional Contract Managers  with Main Contracting /Fit out / Interiors / Refurbishment experience will be considered.
