Technical Services Manager

A contract TSM or M&E Manager is required to manage the services of a prestigious project in the heart of London. Fit Out of a Restaurant.

The programme is 20 weeks – £4.5m, you will be working closely with the Project and Construction Manager to deliver and drive the project across the line.

You will have managed building services for main or M&E contractors with a proven track record in Fit Out.

This is a fantastic project to be involved in.

The contractor has an excellent workload, there could be further opportunities and potentially permanent positions available.
